At Jacob Cohën, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury tags and seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Jacob Cohën authenticity certificates and any complimentary accessories are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid DHL express shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our artisans inspect the quality of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
